Ltd. to offer services related to Parent-Teacher/School communication, to be used on Android / IOS OS devices and any upgrades from time to time and any other software or documentation which enables the use of the Application. Any personal information you supply via ClassMEE regarding you, the school or students will be strictly confidential and will not be distributed to third party services or any other means. Microweb systems pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any incorrect data regarding personal details of the school, teachers, students, parents, Assignments reports, your student photo, Reminders, Diary activities or any other data. You are strictly prohibited from accessing information of other children through the app, unless you are a user who has the right to. Due to application maintenance the system may not be accessible to use at certain times. You agree to the possibilities of your use of the service being disrupted due to service maintenance and shall not held Microweb systems pvt. Ltd. responsible for any loss incurred by you due to such service disruption on account of system maintenance. All trademarks, copyrights, database, marketing rights and other intellectual property rights of any nature in the Application together with the underlying software code are owned by Microweb systems pvt. ltd. The company hereby grants you a worldwide usage of the application for your communication with your school. You will not, nor allow third parties on your behalf to: • Make and distribute copies of the Application. • Attempt to copy, reproduce, alter, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, transfer, exchange or translate the Application. • Create derivative works of the Application of any kind whatsoever. The Application is available to download and use for free on Google Play and App Store. Microweb systems pvt. ltd. reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Application, or service provided to you in accordance with these Application terms, at any time and for any reason. You acknowledge that the terms of agreement with your respective mobile network provider (‘Mobile Provider’) will continue to apply when using the Application. As a result, you may be charged by the Mobile Provider for access to network connection services for the duration of the connection while accessing the Application or any such third party charges as may arise. You accept responsibility for any such charges that arise. If you are not the bill payer for the mobile telephone or handheld device being used to access the Application, you will be assumed to have received permission from the bill payer for using the Application. . This Application can be used in to handheld mobile devices running Android OS/ IOS Operating Systems.
